Maria Del Campo (Dir)
Senior Property Manager
Maria is a business graduate and licensed to practice Real Estate in the State of Victoria. A loyal employee of the group since 1978, Maria is also an accredited member of the REIV and gained the qualification of Body Corporate Management. She is also a member of the Institute of Body Corporate Managers (Victoria) Inc.
Maria has been involved in real estate administration and property management for over 26 years. She is currently the Senior Manager for
BODYCORP and is responsible for arranging all body corporate annual general meetings, budgets and maintenance of the portfolio. She personally holds and sits at most body corporate general meetings.

Real Estate Management Certificate, Licensed Estate Agent (Vic), REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria) Body Corporate Management Accreditation, REIV Managing Agency Risk, FSRA (Financial Services Reform Act) Arranging Insurance Procedures and Practice.

Sarah Gatto (Dir)
Senior Property Manager
Sarah commenced employment with Bodycorp Pty Ltd in 2002. She attended schooling at RMIT and gained her Agents Representative Certificate in Real Estate. She has also undergone various training seminars in bodies corporate management with the REIV & BCIV. Sarah has also gained a number of certificates in business/office management.
Sarah maintains a portfolio of various properties located throughout Melbourne. She is responsible for the management of these properties.
Sarah’s other interest are skiing, drawing & sport.

Joy Hirst (Dir)
Group Internal Accountant
Joy has a banking and finance background having gained her commercial business experience with the Commonwealth Bank working in various positions for over 15 years until 1988.
Joy’s role is the Group Internal Accountant. Since joining the group, her experience in accounting is an integral link in managing and administering of member’s funds.
Her excellent knowledge of Trust Accounting ensures the company’s procedures are managed efficiently and accurately.
Joy is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company and supervises all the trust accounting of the various Bodies Corporate.
