Josie brings a wealth of experience to her position as an Owners Corporation  Portfolio Manager at Bodycorp Pty Ltd. She is a team player and has built a trustworthy and solid reputation with Owners Corporation members. Customer Service is important to Josie and she is focused on achieving members requests and objectives. Josie is able to provide expert advice on all Owners Corporation matters.  Josie has extensive knowledge with the new Owners Corporation Act and Regulations and is able to establish and manage any Owners Corporation development no matter what size with confidence and  integrity.


Josie is a “peoples” person and will always provide professional and friendly service to her clients.

Real Estate Management certificate, Licensed Sub-Agents (Vic), REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria) Body Corporate Management Accreditation. REIV Managing Agents Risk. FSRA (Financial Services Reform Act) Arranging Insurance Procedures and Practice.

Josie has worked as an Owners Corporation Strata Manager for over 4 years and is dedicated and committed to her work.

Josie is responsible for an expanding portfolio ranging from a small 3 unit strata complex to high rise multi storey complexes, and remains  focused on managing the needs of her clients in order to deliver professional and prompt service.
Josie posses the ability to communicate with persons at all levels , she has excellent organizational skills and an approachable manner to please clients expectations.
 

 

Joy Hirst

Group Internal Accountant

Joy has a banking and finance background having gained her commercial business experience with the Commonwealth Bank working in various positions for over 15 years until 1988.

Joy’s role is the Group Internal Accountant. Since joining the group, her experience in accounting is an integral link in managing and administering of member’s funds.

Her excellent knowledge of Trust Accounting ensures the company’s procedures are managed efficiently and accurately.

Joy is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company and supervises all the trust accounting of the various owners corporations.
